It is just me currently and I do also have a full-time job outside of my small
biz so please take that into consideration, but I do my best to respond to emails daily Monday-Friday.
When is ___________ getting restocked?
A lot of my items I make are individual items but if it is sold out and you are
interested in that item, please let me know! I can always recreate items for
you. Of course, please be aware this item being made/restocked may not happen overnight,
but I will do my best to get it done within a few business days for you!
When will my order be shipped?
I fulfill orders as many days a week as possible considering my other responsibilities! Current processing time is anywhere between 5-10 business days. I wait 24 hours before filling any orders to allow time for any needed corrections.
Shipping Policy
Please see above for when orders will typically be shipped.
Any and all “return to sender” packages that incur due to a faulty address, business closure, or undeliverable address are the responsibility of the customer to pay additional shipping fees to reship.
Standard US Shipping: Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.
If a package is lost in the mail, it is the customers responsibility to contact
their post office. If a package is lost or stolen, you must file a report with
your local post office before contacting us and send proof of the report. You
may omit personal details if you please but must keep your name visible on the
report. Replacement of stolen or lost packages is judged on a case-to-case
basis. I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed orders.
If the customer provides an incorrect shipping address and the order has already
shipped. Cloudy Daze is not liable to replace the item. It is the customer’s
responsibility to provide a correct shipping and billing address.

Refund Policy
No refunds or cancellations will be granted after 24 hours of your order. No
exceptions. If requested after the specified time period we cannot cancel,
change or offer a refund.
Exchanges and refunds will not be granted unless the product received is faulty.
